Fill Your Freezer with Healthy Grass Fed Beef!
We breed and raise grass fed Angus and Angus cross grass fed beef cattle which rotationally graze in our mountain pastures through the growing season, and eat hay made from our grasses all winter.
We believe that cattle and other animals bred by man for human consumption should be allowed to live the “natural” lifestyle from birth up to processing. We don’t give them any growth hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics, and they are never fed any animal by-products or corn, which their system is not designed to digest. They are never subjected to the physical and mental stress of a commercial feedlot. Of utmost importance, the handling and processing is done humanely and with respect to the animals who provide us with sustenance.
The result is slow grown, healthy, flavorful beef!
Our "Certified Humane" beef is available year round in bulk amounts of a Whole, Half and Quarter Steer, as well as 20 Pound Sample Boxes. Bulk beef has a waiting period of about 4-6 weeks and the Sample Boxes are available at all times. Beef is processed at USDA inspected facilites where it is dry-aged, custom-cut and flash frozen. We are a family ranch, not a "big box" store - you can't push a button or fill an online shopping cart to buy our beef, so please email us or give us a call at 540-396-4751 to place an order or to ask questions.
